If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team immediately info@infinitypetals.com to confirm whether processing of your order has initiated. If the arrangement is completed and Infinity Petals’ has incurred the expense to create and process the arrangement, then we may not be able to issue a full refund. Any changes to arrangement or cancellation must be approved by Infinity Petals’ in writing.
